Banyan Tree Group is introducing its newest mixed-use development called Dhawa Phuket, which is located in Banyan Tree’s Laguna Phuket integrated resort complex.
Dhawa Phuket is an integrated development comprising three low-rise apartment buildings and a hotel. Each residential building contains 130 units, with 93 one-bedroom units and 31 two-bedroom units from 377 to 581 sq ft. Prices start from $213,000 with deferred payment plans of up to five years, and a special launch promotion of 5% fixed returns for five years.
Dhawa Phuket is the first Southeast Asian resort property under Banyan Tree’s Dhawa brand, following other Dhawa resorts in Cuba and China.
