The complex offers two large 6 bedrooms pool Villas with stunning views of Rawai Bay, five 4 bedrooms pool Villas with an open view on the bay, and four 3 bedrooms pool Villas very private with a large outdoor living space, all offering full privacy to our guests.
The villas are tastefully furnished with all the comfort you could expect (central power generator, LCD TVs, Daikin ducted air conditioning in all rooms, Complimentary satellite channels, High Speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, J.B.L Home theater…) and also include car parking spaces with automatic gate.

The Villas are located in the South of Phuket in Rawai. 5 to 10 minutes to Nai Harn Beach, supermarkets, Chalong pier, seafood market, local restaurants and massages.
- 3 bedroom pool view villa (for up to 6 guests) from THB 13,000 per night
- 4 bedroom seaview villa (3 bedrooms at sea view level + extra bedroom at ground level for up to 8 guests) from THB 17,000 per night
- 6 bedroom seaview villa (4 bedrooms at sea view level + 2 studios at ground level for up to 16 guests) from THB 28,000 per night

Conditions:
- All prices are quoted in Thai Baht and include government tax and service charge.
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly prices include high speed internet utilities and daily maid service. Strict no party policy without written consent.
- No pets allowed.
- For daily rentals, a minimum booking of 3 nights is required.
- Check in 3:00 pm. Check out 11:00 am.
- Yearly price is a monthly rate and includes high-speed internet, cable TV, guard, garden and pool maintenance and excludes utilities and maid service. 2 months deposit and 1 month payment in advance required for yearly rentals.
