Right next to the kitchen is a convenient restroom for guests and visitors.
On the same floor at the rear of the premise there is the very spacious master-bedroom with a king-size bed, large wardrobe, TV, private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.
At the ground floor there are 3 more bedrooms. Each is furnished with a double or king-size bed, dressing area with big wardrobes and large mirror and faces a wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The master bedroom also has a DVD player and a balcony. Each also has a well-appointed bathroom and glass-paneled walk-in shower.
Externally at the front of the villa there are one uncovered and one undercover parking areas for two cars. To the rear is the cozy BBQ area with gazebo and seating arrangements for 12. This is surrounded by lush tropical foliage and there are deep terraces on three sides of the pool allowing ample space for the sun loungers and the six-person alfresco dining set.
