Rate includes: Daily & Weekly Rental: weekday maid service, 5 times service per week.
Monthly Rental (for 30 plus nights stay): maid service 5 times a week and linen change 2 times a week.
Rate excludes: electricity; charge is THB 6/kw., water is THB 80/cubic meter.

Payment Terms:
– Non-refundable deposit booking charge 50% of total booking cost.
– Balance to be paid 30 days before arrival date.
– Refundable breakage deposit THB 20,000 or equivalent.
