    Sales Commission

    REAL Phuket charges 5% (plus VAT) on the achieved property sale price and only once we successfully concluded the sale of your property.
    We will hold the buyer’s deposit and we will deduct our commission from this amount. When the transfer of ownership is completed and successfully transferred into the buyer’s name we will transfer the deposit paid minus the agency commission into the bank account provided by the seller the property. This transfer will typically take 1-2 days, overseas transfers will take a longer time and any bank fees related will be paid by the receiver.
