This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located on the ground floor of a quiet development in the South of Phuket.

The development is set out in two main sections with this condo being in the section to the front of the development. Access is via a bridge over the extremely large swimming pool, which extends from one end of the complex to the other.On entry the guest bedroom is located to the right and is of a good-size. This has twin beds and a modern double wardrobe with frosted glass sliding doors. Across the hallway is the main bathroom which is fitted with modern sanitary ware, including a large semi-circular, multi-jet power shower.

The main living accommodation is open-plan with the fully-equipped kitchen on the right. This has a large fridge, a hob with extractor fan above and microwave. The units are in white, with frosted glass fascias, and a contrasting dark brown marble counter top. This extends to form a division between the living area and kitchen, and is rounded at the end to create the dining section.

The living area has full-width sliding glass doors which allow in ample light and breezes. There is an L-shaped sofa and modern furniture, including a TV console which houses a TV and DVD player.
Access to the master bedroom is off the living section. This is a spacious and bright room, with polished wood floors. There is a king-size bed, a TV on a console, and two double wardrobes, each with frosted glass doors, providing ample storage space. Between these is the door to the large en-suite bathroom. This has a feature stone wall, a full bath, walk-in shower and twin wash basins set in a marble vanity unit, with cabinets both above and below supplying plenty of storage. The master bedroom also benefits from full-width, floor-to-ceiling, sliding glass doors which blend with the terrace area.

The covered terrace is extensive and occupies the full-width of the rear of the property, giving additional living accommodation, whatever the weather. To one side there are steps giving access directly into the large communal pool. The main body of the terrace is split into two areas, each with an overhead ceiling fan to aid air circulation. One section is set up for alfresco dining, whilst the other, in front of the master bedroom has loungers for quiet relaxation.

The communal facilities offered within the development are extensive and include a great kid’s club, which accommodates all ages. There is a supervised playroom for the younger children, with climbing frames and toys, and a movie-viewing room, table football and play-stations for the older children.
There is also an internet room, a large restaurant which serves from early morning til evening, a fully-equipped gym and a further large free-form swimming pool and bar area, all located within the second section of the development. The roof-top bar, eatery and swimming pool provide great views across the bay of Makham.

The development also has a beach club, which is serviced by a regular, free shuttle-bus from the resort. This has many loungers on the beach and a restaurant.

This is an excellent resort for those with a family, or for those who enjoy peace and quiet and the less unspoiled beaches of the south of the island. It is located just a ten minute drive from Phuket Town’s shopping malls and amenities, a thirty minute drive to the nightlife on offer in Patong, and a straight 45 minute run to the airport.
