Villa Description
Luna Pool Villa features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, private pool, small terrace, covered parking.
Each bedroom has a large bed, air conditioning, wardrobe. The third bedroom is made as a separate guest house (studio) and has access to the pool. The bathrooms are equipped with a hot shower.
In the hall there is a plasma TV with DVD player and satellite TV (30 channels), a cosy sofa. Also in the living room there are three powerful ceiling fans.
The Western-style kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. Household appliances include potter, toaster, rice cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, built-in gas stove with 2 burners, hood, dishes.
Living room has a direct access to the private pool. There are two sun loungers and a table on the terrace. On the terrace there is also a special place for washing and drying clothes with washing machine and dryer.
Each room has high-quality mosquito nets on the windows and doors (made in Germany). All glass – darkened, so the house is not very hot in the hot weather.
In front of the villa there is a beautiful park in Thai style, suitable for evening walks with children. The park is tables and gazebos.
Covered parking is equipped with a roof with a special coating that does not allow ultraviolet light. The same coating is installed on the covered terrace above the pool.
The territory features: barbecue, hairdryer, safe, beach towels and shower towels in abundance.

The price for the annual contract includes maintenance of the pool every week, gardener service once a month, use of the common area and Russian satellite TV. The tenant pays their own bills for electricity, water and Internet (7/11). The exact cost for your period and the availability of dates, as well as – on request.
